Gift questions, answered

How long does a gift take to arrive?

Every print is made to order. Most orders arrive within 10 working days. A few places take longer: up to 15 working days to Cyprus, Malta and Ireland. Your product page shows the expected dates for your country, updated every night.

Can a print be returned?

Yes. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and returns are free: we cover the return shipping.

What sizes do the prints come in?

Every print comes in three sizes, from 30 × 40 cm to 70 × 100 cm. You choose the size on the product page.

Is there a gift card?

Pick one of the amounts shown above. It is emailed to the person with your message, now or on the date you choose.

How does the person use a gift card?

They can enter the code in the gift card or discount code field at checkout, or redeem it into store credit in their account.

Do you ship across the EU, and what does it cost?

Yes. Prints are made by our partners inside the EU, so no customs duties apply. Orders of EUR 40 or more ship free within the EU. Orders under EUR 40 pay a flat EUR 5.95.

Can I give a specific print instead of a card?

Yes. Browse the collections by occasion above, pick a print and a size, and order it as usual. Prints are printed to order in Europe.
