Questions, answered

When will my order arrive?
Every print is made to order. Most orders arrive within 10 working days. A few places take longer: up to 15 working days to Cyprus, Malta and Ireland. Your product page shows the expected dates for your country, updated every night. Delivery is €5,95, and free from €40.
Do frames come included?
The Fine Art Matte option is sold unframed. Prefer to hang it straight away? Choose the Wood-Hanger or Wood-Framed finish and it arrives ready to go. On Naksha maps, choose the Wood-Framed Fine Art Print.
How accurate are the colours?
A little variation between a bright screen and paper is normal. Our matte prints are on 200 gsm paper, and we proof every design.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery and we replace the print or refund you in full. Returns are free for 30 days.
Can I return it?
You have 30 days to return a standard order for a full refund, and we cover the return shipping. Email support@jhilkestudio.com and we guide you through it.
Is checkout secure?
Payments are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Card and the local payment methods for your country show at checkout.
