This notice sets out who operates this store, as required by Article 10 of Portuguese Decreto-Lei n.º 7/2004 and Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce.

✦Business Identity

This online store is operated by Amrit Sharma Dahal, trading as Jhilke Studio, an individual sole trader ("trabalhador independente") established in Portugal.

✦Legal Form and Registration

Sole proprietorship (individual entrepreneur). Jhilke Studio is a trading name, not a separate legal entity. Because the business is not incorporated, there is no commercial registry (Registo Comercial) number, and none is required for this legal form.

✦Tax Status

We operate under Portugal's simplified tax regime. Depending on annual turnover, the business may be VAT exempt under Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code (CIVA). Where our EU cross-border distance sales exceed the 10,000 EUR annual threshold, VAT is charged at the rate of the customer's country and remitted through the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme.

Selling art prints is not a regulated profession in Portugal, so no professional body membership or authorisation applies.
