Jhilke Studio is a trading name operated by an individual sole trader ("trabalhador independente") established in Portugal, in accordance with Portuguese self-employment regulations.

Sole proprietorship (individual entrepreneur). Jhilke Studio is not currently incorporated as a company.

Currently operating under Portugal's simplified tax regime. Depending on annual turnover, the business may be VAT-exempt under Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code (CIVA). Where EU cross-border sales exceed the €10,000/year threshold, VAT is charged and remitted via the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme.
