These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jhilke Studio (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be able to form legally binding contracts to use this Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, sizes, and details accurately; actual appearance may vary slightly by screen. All prices are shown in EUR. We do not use inflated reference prices — where we advertise a discount, the reference price is the lowest genuine price charged in the preceding 30 days, in line with the EU Omnibus Directive.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Items are made to order once payment is confirmed.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jhilke Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
