All Jhilke Studio pieces are made to order and printed by our production partners in the EU and, for orders to Norway, in Norway, keeping transit times short.

✦Who Ships Your Order

Printing and dispatch are handled by our production partners inside the EU and, for orders to Norway, inside Norway. The postal address above is our business address for correspondence, not a returns address. Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm where to send it.

✦Where We Ship

We currently ship to countries within the European Union and to Norway.

✦Processing Time

Each piece is printed to order, and printing is included in the delivery times below. During high-demand periods, such as December, it may take a little longer, and we will let you know if so.

✦Shipping Cost

Orders of 40 EUR or more: free shipping within the EU.

Orders under 40 EUR: a flat 5.95 EUR shipping fee applies within the EU. The exact cost is always shown before you pay, as Article 6(1)(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU requires.

Norway: orders of 415 NOK or more ship free. Orders under 415 NOK pay a flat 109 NOK shipping fee. Prices for Norway are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK), converted automatically from our euro prices. The exact cost is always shown before you pay.

Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czechia, Hungary and Romania: prices are shown in your own currency, converted automatically from our euro prices, and shipping has fixed amounts in that currency, which take the place of the euro amounts above. Shipping is free from SEK 440 in Sweden, DKK 300 in Denmark, PLN 175 in Poland, CZK 975 in Czechia, HUF 14 650 in Hungary and RON 215 in Romania. Below that, the flat fee is SEK 65, DKK 45, PLN 26, CZK 145, HUF 2 180 or RON 32. The exact cost is always shown before you pay.

✦Delivery Time

Every print is made to order. Most orders arrive within 10 working days. A few places take longer: up to 15 working days to Cyprus, Malta and Ireland. Your product page shows the expected dates for your country, updated every night. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders to Norway arrive 5 to 12 days after you order. They are delivered to a pick-up point or parcel locker (PostNord or Helthjem).

Where we have not given a specific date, we deliver within 30 days of the order at the latest, in line with Article 18(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If we cannot, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

You can cancel from your account within 60 minutes of placing your order. After 60 minutes you can no longer cancel from your account, but the 30-day return still applies.

✦Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to you when you, or someone you nominated other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Until then, anything that happens in transit is ours to resolve.

✦Taxes and Duties

Orders to EU countries stay within the EU, so no customs duties apply. Orders to Norway are printed in Norway, so no customs or import fees are charged when they arrive. Any applicable VAT is handled according to our current tax registration status. See our Legal Notice for details.

✦Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email support@jhilkestudio.com with your order number. We arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to deal with the carrier yourself.

✦Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please check your delivery address before confirming your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you and can reship it, though a second shipping charge may apply.
