Shipping policy

All Jhilke Studio pieces are made to order and printed by our production partners within the EU, keeping transit times short.

✦Where We Ship

We currently ship to countries within the European Union.

✦Processing Time

Each piece is printed to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for printing and quality checks before your order is dispatched. During high-demand periods this may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if so.

✦Shipping Cost

Orders over €40: Free shipping within the EU.
Orders under €40: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on live carrier rates for your destination.

✦Delivery Time

Once dispatched, most EU orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

✦Taxes & Duties

As all shipments currently stay within the EU, no customs duties apply. Any applicable VAT is handled according to our current tax registration status — see our Legal Notice.

✦Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us via our Contact page with your order number, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
