Questions

Which orders get the amount off?

Any order where the prints in your cart come to €120 or more, before shipping, while the sale is on. You do not need a code. We take the amount off at checkout. You get the highest step you reach, once per order: €10 off from €120, €20 off from €160, €25 off from €200.

How is the store credit worked out?

It is 5% of what you pay for your prints after the amount off, without shipping. Every order in the sale gets it, also an order under €120. Members of our Circle creator programme do not get it.

When do I get the store credit, and how long does it last?

We add it 30 days after your order arrives. That is when the time to send prints back is over, so we never have to take credit away. You can use it for 30 days after we add it. We email you when it arrives.

How do I use my store credit?

Sign in to your account with the same email you ordered with. At checkout, choose the store credit option when you pay. You use the whole balance at once. It is not cash, you cannot pass it on, and it cannot be paid out to you.

What if I return something or cancel my order?

If you send a print back, we refund its price minus its small share of the amount off. Say you buy two prints for €100 and €60 and get €20 off. You send back the €60 print. We refund €52.50. An order that is cancelled or sent back in full gets no store credit.

Does the sale change your prices?

No. Our prices stay the same and we show one price only. The amount off is taken from your order, not from one print.

Does free shipping change?

No. Shipping in the EU is free from €40, in the sale and outside it.

Can I use a creator's code?

Yes. A creator's code still works, and the amount off still applies. Only one code works on an order.

Can I use my 10% welcome code in the sale?

Yes, you can enter it. It does not add to the amount off, so checkout keeps whichever saves you more.

Who hears about the sale first?

People on our list and members of our Circle hear about it by email before it opens. There is no early shopping day and no early discount. Everyone gets the same start and the same amounts off.

When does the sale start and end?

The sale starts on Thursday 26 November 2026, 09:00 Brussels time (UTC+1). It ends on Wednesday 2 December 2026, 09:00 Brussels time (UTC+1). We take it down on time and do not reopen it on the same terms.
