We currently operate under Portugal's simplified tax regime and may be VAT exempt under Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code (CIVA). Where our EU cross-border sales exceed the 10,000 EUR annual threshold, VAT is charged and remitted through the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme. A VAT number will be published here once we register.
