The road to the last walled city of the Himalaya: a 120km, 12-day journey up the Kali Gandaki's high desert gorge from Jomsom through Kagbeni, Chele and Syangboche, over Marang La (4,230m, the trek's highest point), down through Ghami and Charang, to Lo Manthang — the walled capital of the once-forbidden Kingdom of Lo, 3,840m. This poster is built around Lo Manthang's own walled city, an original illustration rising above layered ochre canyon ridges, with painted Mustang chortens, a cave-pocked cliff face and a trade-route horse marking the way up. Do frames come included?

The Fine Art Matte option is sold unframed. Prefer to hang it straight away? Choose the Wood-Hanger or Wood-Framed finish and it arrives ready to go.

How accurate are the colours?

We proof every design carefully. Printed on warm matte paper, tones read rich and true — though a little variation between a bright screen and paper is completely normal.

What if it arrives damaged?
